Return Policy
As many of you know, I am a work at home Mom. If a fabric is defective by all means I will replace it. I cut each piece by hand so I personally try to make sure there is nothing wrong with anything I ship. However if something misses my attention just let me know.
I cannot give refunds on fabric that you have ordered and then changed your mind about. I will however EXCHANGE a color or print for you, but you will be responsible for shipping the unwanted item back to me and then pay postage back to you.
No monetary refunds can be given, sorry. I can also issue store credit for returns, so you may use the credit towards a future purchase.

EFFECTIVE APRIL 2007*****
Due to the larger volume of orders I am receiving, I will now be shipping packages 2 days a week, the days could vary weekly due to my families' schedule. This will allow me more time to actually get orders ready to go out instead of spending 4 hours at the computer each day printing postage and labeling packages. This change will actually help you get your fabrics faster! But depending on which day you order and which days I ship that week your order could take up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS to go out. I do not ship on weekends or holidays. International orders will still be shipped on Fridays.

Attention international customers!
Please do not choose the Flat Rate Global Priority Envelope when checking out!! If you have ordered fleece (especially windpro), sherpa, or more than 4 yards of PUL or 3 yards of suedecloth by the yard. If your order is too large to fit I will contact you with other shipping options.
If you order fabrics by the yard, remember this. One yard of sherpa takes up a whole large GPE. 2 yards of hemp fill one large GPE. 4 yards of solid PUL, or 5 yards of print PUL, will fit in a large GPE. I can fit 15-20 diapercuts of PUL and/or suedecloth into one large GPE. I can ship in more than one envelope if needed. I will work with you to get the least expensive shipping option for you!

| The Global Express flat rate envelope is the SAME SIZE as the Priority flat rate, I DO NOT ship via global express!!! The best option to choose is Priority if you would like your order to arrive within 15 days. Flat rate boxes may or may not fit your order. If you are unsure please choose regular priority and if flat rate can be used I will refund you the difference!

| If you would like a shipping quote, please use the cart to check out and options will be given to you before you finalize your order. You can always cancel the order if the shipping prices are too high. But remember I only charge actual shipping costs so you will be refunded if it is less!
